ADOPTION PENDING! Welcome Lucy! Lucy is a 4 year old female Shepherd/Lab mix. She came to us from the Syracuse area. When she first came to her foster home she was very timid and scared, but after a few days of loving and hugging she is a very happy dog. Lucy is one of the sweetest dogs we have met and is most happy laying around with her people. Lucy loves to go for walks, but be careful she will walk you. She does not know any commands except sit and not for very long. She is very good at alerting you when she knows someone is nearby. Lucy is on a diet, as you can see she needs it! She weighed 98 lbs. when she went to our vet! Lucy is great with teenage kids, she loves to run around with them outdoors. She has not been around small children who would poke and pull on her so I'm not sure how well she would handle that. Lucy gets along with other dogs, but it takes a few days for her to adjust to them. Lucy is cratetrained, although we only did it the first few days, she can be trusted to roam free in the home, she doesn't chew or get into trouble. Lucy would love her very own furever home! Lucy is spayed, UTD shots, microchipped, heartworm negative, and cratetrained.
